  • Danbury Contractor Manuel Saquicela’s MB & S Construction Work Trucks on Pocono Lane Daily Photo Archive

What This Daily Photo Archive Shows

Manuel Saquicela, owner of MB & S Construction, regularly parks work trucks in the large paved parking lot he built on his Pocono Lane property in Danbury, CT. They carry the MB & S Construction LLC name. This page is a running photo archive. I add a new photo at the top whenever I photograph them, each with its date.

MB & S Construction work trucks parked outside in his backyard.

Zoning reference: Danbury’s zoning regulations, Section 3.G.5, limit commercial vehicle storage at a one-family home to one vehicle of up to 1.5 tons kept in a private garage. They allow only one registered vehicle of 3/4 ton or less, used for transportation rather than commerce, to be kept outside a garage.

    What Happens Next

I have asked the city to review this and will post what I learn. New photos will be added to the archive above as I take them.

    My Opinion

Work trucks belong at a business site, not in a residential neighborhood. That’s my opinion, and the dated photos are there for you to judge.
